Bob Perol and his son Cody travel over from Troy to bring their wares to market.  Diversity Farm is a 230-acre organic farm  specializing in dairy and grass-fed meats.  Milk from their Jersey cows supplies the cheesemaking, and the cheeses are aged in an underground cave.  They also raise organic veal, pork, and beef.   Cody's lemonade is a welcome treat on those hot summer days.
